29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employees were engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 926.502:    This violation most recently occurred on or about June 30, 2014, at a workplace located at 407 Misty Meadow Drive, Allen, TX 75013; where at least five (5) employees worked on a roof, not protected from falling an approximate 20-feet.
