Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, shall be legibly marked to indicate its purpose, unless located and arranged so the purpose is evident. a. In the Gate Line area on the West wall, electrical panel C2B - the 220 volt breaker # 18/20 had two conflicting labels and breakers # 38, 39a and 39b were not labeled as to what they operated. Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards and/or struck-by hazards. b. In the Gate Line area on the West wall, electrical panel C10A did not have breakers 12, 14, 24 and 25 labeled as to what they operated. Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards and/or struck-by hazards.

In the Gate Line area on the West wall, electrical panel C2B - the markings in the panel were not all clear, legible and readily available to an operator during a potential emergency. Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards and/or struck-by hazards. b. In the Gate Line area on the West wall, electrical panel C10A - the markings in the panel were not all clear, legible and readily available to an operator during a potential emergency. Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards and/or struck-by hazards.
