(a)R & R Stairs ,Middlesex NJ-East Wall-  The Rockwell Delta  radial arm saw, used to cut wood did not return  to the starting position when released by the operator.  The radial arm saw did not work because the cable that returns the saw to its starting position was damaged.  Employees last used the radial saw on or about 07/01/2014      Observed or about 7/1/2014
