29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):   "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  On 6/17/2014, the owner and four employees from Daniel Bacquec LLC were working on the roof of a residential building located at 8108 Glen Arbor Drive, OFallon MO.  They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.  The owner and employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing them to fall to the ground below.
