29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system: Location: 5990 Winton Rd, Cincinnati OH. On or about July 3, 2014, two employees working for Roof Tek Construction were observed installing shingles on a low slope commercial roof and exposed to a fall hazard greater than 12 feet above the ground below without the use of any fall protection.
