The employees were not protected or restrained from falling by the use of a body belt/harness and attached lanyard, thereby exposing employees to possible fall hazards and injuries; on or about 7/2/14. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
