29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system.    a- Building 1-B, 320 Route 73, Voorhees NJ:  A company employee was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 10 feet to the ground surface below, when working less than six feet from the unprotected edges of a commercial buildings' upper roof.  This exposed employee was not wearing a full body harness with lanyard attached to the proper tie off point nor provided with alternative fall protection at the time of the exposure.  Condition observed on or about 07/03/14.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
