29 CFR 1910.26(c)(3)(i): The angle of the ladder was not proper in that distance from the base to the vertical wall was not equal to one-fourth the working length of the ladder. a) Work Site: 11 West 7th Street, Bayonne, NJ Employee engaged in air conditioner installation work, utilizing an aluminum extension ladder, was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet to the ground below due to improper placement of the ladder. Violation occurred on or about 7/2/2014.
