29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not provide frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment by a competent person: An employee performing construction activities at a residential construction site was exposed to eye injuries because a competent person had not performed frequent and regular safety inspections of the construction site to identify and eliminate the hazards. N. Zobrist Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 894572, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 9, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 416 West Front Street, Roanoke, IL 61561.
