The employees were exposed to a fall of 14 feet 5 inches. location: penthouse - opposite Parsons St. on or about: 6/26/14 b) Employees, engaged in stonework from a tubular welded frame scaffold, were not provided with fall protection. The employees were exposed to a fall of 26 feet. location: penthouse - opposite Parsons St. on or about: 6/26/14 c) An employee was working on a tubular welded frame scaffold, while engaged in housekeeping activities.
