29 CFR 1910.107(b)(5)(i): The spraying operations (except electrostatic spraying operations) were not designed, installed and maintained such that the average air velocity over the open face of the booth (or booth cross section during spraying operations) was not less than 100 linear feet per minute and visible gauges or audible alarm or pressure activated devices were not installed to indicate or insure that the required air velocity was maintained.     a)  Paint Shop - On or about July 7, 2014, Employees were exposed to fire and inhalations hazards while spraying a flammable spray paint where the ventilation was only 40 linear feet per minute and the manometer used to determine if the required velocity was maintained was not functional due to the lack of fluid.
