29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates and markings were in place:      a) Warehouse- The employer did not ensure that the nameplates were maintained on the powered industrial vehicles to provide the operator with information on the operating capacities of the forklift, such as the Toyota LPG sit down forklift.    Belmont Plating Works, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 63232, citation number 1, item number 9 and was affirmed as a final order on October 18, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 9145 King Street, Franklin Park, IL 60131.
