29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: a) Construction site, Lansdale Municipal Building - On or about June 18, 2014, an employee began stocking cement blocks on the second level of a tube frame scaffold before a guardrail system was completely installed.
