29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points: (a) South warehouse area; the emergency egress routes were reduced to less than 28 inches, because of the storage of equipment and materials including but not limited to: (1) East exit route was blocked by a blower, totes and various smaller items, and (2) Southwest exit route was restricted to less than 14 inches by a 55 gallon drum, a five gallon bucket and a small pallet.
