29 CFR 1910.95(i)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that hearing protectors are worn by an employee who is required by 29 CFR 1910.95(b)(1) to wear personal protective equipment: On or about July 8, 2014, in the K-2 area, the employer failed to ensure that employees use hearing protection while working in an area that required employees to wear hearing protection. Two employees were observed performing maintenance in the winding area without using hearing protection.
