29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) Worksite, 120 Corwith Ave., Bridgehampton, NY- Employees were beneath a crane boom, bracing the frames of a large tent which was being raised up on its' hinges and had not been instructed in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions; on or about 7/5/14. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
