29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about July 8, 2014 and times prior thereto, employees of Reuben Camarrillo performed bricklaying outside a residence being constructed at or near 8808 Johnson Drive in Sherwood, Arkansas. Employees were observed throwing bricks from the ground level to employees working on scaffolding at higher levels. The employees throwing bricks at ground level were not protected with the use of protective helmets, exposing them to overhead hazards.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. On or about July 8, 2014 and times prior thereto, employees of Reuben Camarrillo were observed bricklaying the outside of a residence being constructed at or near 8808 Johnson Drive in Sherwood, Arkansas. An employee was observed working on a two-tier scaffold at a height of 13 feet from ground without the use of fall protection.
