29 CFR 1926.600(a)(3)(i): Bulldozer and scraper blades, end-loader buckets, dump bodies, and similar equipment, were not either fully lowered or blocked when being repaired or when not in use: At the project in the parking lot for Building 971: The front bucket was not lowered to the ground when the operator was about 39 feet away from the John Deere 310K EP backhoe. Employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by the bucket.
