29 CFR 1926.250(b)(7): Masonry blocks were stacked higher than 6 feet, and the stack(s) were not tapered back one half block per tier above the 6 foot level: a) Exterior Front Entrance - Employees were observed walking next to concrete blocks that were stacked 8 ft. in height, exposing employees to a struck-by hazard, on or about 07/07/2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
