29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) Construction site: On July 8, 2013 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet from edge of eave to the ground below while installing roof sheathing on a 4-12 slope roof. Ekle Construction Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 916759, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on January 08, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1714 East Castle Stone Square, Billings, Montana 59106.
