Worksite located at 1820 N. Worksite located at 1820 N. Church Road, Liberty, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on a steep roof without the use of any means of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladders' length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: (a). Worksite located at 1820 N. Church Road, Liberty, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards in that 2 separate ladders being used on the jobsite did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface. One ladder was used to access the main roof level, while the other ladder was used to access the upper roof from the lower roof.
