29 CFR 1926.102(a)(2): Eye and face protective equipment being used did not meet the requirements specified in Z 87.1-1968: At this job site, employees tasked with cutting rebar were not wearing safety glasses or gloves while cutting and handling rebar, thus exposing them to being struck by flying particles in the eyes. The employees were wearing personal sunglasses.
