29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) On or about July 3, 2014, a plumbed emergency eyewash near Refrigerator RF-6 in Building 9 was not maintained in compliance with the company's internal procedures for inspection and activation. b) On or about July 3, 2014, a plumbed emergency eyewash near the Biology Lab in Building 9 was not maintained in compliance with the company's internal procedures for inspection and activation. RESEARCH ORGANICS, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, (1910.151(c)(1)), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER (398762), CITATION NUMBER 02, ITEM NUMBER 01, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON (06/12/2012), WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT (4353 E.49th ST.
