29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) 2467 Route 10 East Building 32, Morris Plains, NJ. Subcontractor's employees were observed walking/working on roof top without any means of fall protection being used, thereby exposing subcontractor's employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet to ground below. Violation observed on or about 07/09/2014. Pardini R. Construction Corp was cited for violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315534669, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/27/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Washington Ave, Building 13, Morristown, NJ.
