29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: 1) On July 9, 2014, and at prior times, employees in the dining hall were exposed to eye hazards when adding water to fork lift batteries. The employer had not installed an eye wash station or other suitable means for flushing the eyes within the battery charging area.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): The employer had not trained employees on the details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, including an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: 1) On July 9, 2014, and at prior times, the employer had not trained employees in the dining hall who work with hazardous chemicals on the new label elements and safety data sheet (SDS) format implemented by the revised hazard communication standard.
