29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a) repair shop area: two flexible cords were run through a doorway, up and around a pole, across to and around another pole, down to the ground and used to power a knife heater. The flex cord had a cut in the insulation exposing employees to electric shock.
