29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) Santos Perez, Miguel at 6397 E. 62nd Place, Commerce City, CO 80022: On or before July 1, 2014, the employer did not establish an inspection program to be made by a competent person to ensure the safety of the crew working at this site. Condition exposed six subcontractor employees to fall hazards of up to 10 feet, and the hazard of projectile to the eyes via pneumatic nail guns.
