29 CFR 1915.73(g): Gratings, walkways, and catwalks, from which sections or ladders have been removed, were not barricaded with adequate guardrails. M/V Aleutian Falcon, Engine Room: On or about 9 July 2014 and times prior thereto, floor grating that measured approximately 17 1/2 by 21 1/2 inches and 44 inches deep was removed. This condition exposed employees to a tripping and fall hazards.
