29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail systems, warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: (a) Burgos Construction at 375 S. Tejon St., Denver, Colorado 80223: On and before June 26, 2014 the exposing employer did not ensure their employees were protected from injury, in that three employees engaged in roofing work on the flat roof of a commercial building were exposed to falls of approximately 12.7 feet without the use of an adequate fall protection system.
