29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: (a) Waner Construction Company, Inc., at 1625 W. 67th Ave., Denver, CO 80221: On or before June 11, 2014, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that two employees at different times were elevated above the street from the basket of a Genie aerial lift while not wearing fall protection. This hazard exposed the employees to a fall of approximately 20 feet.
