29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a. Site- Employees and subcontractors were not protected from falls of up to approximately 19 feet, scaffolding hazards, defective ladders, and amputation hazards when the employer failed to have a competent person conduct routine inspections of the job site.
