On or about July 14, 2014, unused portions of the blade above and below the point of operation on the Do All Job Selector Bandsaw were not guarded. d. On or about July 14, 2014, the guard on Marvel Series 8 Bandsaw was unable to be fully closed, exposing unused portions of the blade. e. On or about July 14, 2014, the rotating chuck on the Clausing Industrial Inc. Drill Press was not guarded.
