29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. a) At the jobsite, on or about 7/10/14: An employee was working on a mobile scaffold without locking out any of the wheels to prevent movement, moving this scaffold by standing on the deck and shifting his weight, and without having been trained on the correct use of this equipment. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
