29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    JOBSITE:  The employee installing stucco on the eave of a roof 6 ft. above the ground was not protected from falling by the use of guardrails, personal fall arrest system or other equivalent means.    Kelby Stucco was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent occupational safety and health standard {29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)}, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 425371, citation number 01, item number 004a and was affirmed as a final order on 07/02/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 33 Business Park Drive, Branford, CT 06405.
