29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket: Front of building, West Side: On or about July 11, 2014, an employee framing columns on the building's rooftop was exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 6 feet from the ground below while climbing over the top rails of a JLG aerial lift (Model: 450AJ SII, SN: 0300120826) into the aerial lift basket in order to exit the roof.
