Jobsite: Two employees of Athey Painting, Inc. were observed by a compliance officer not wearing eye protection while removing exterior paint from a commercial building by utilizing a high-pressure washer which operates at 3,000 PSI. Abatement certification is required for this violation. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citations.
