29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): 40 Upper Mountain Ave, Montclair, NJ a) On 7-10-14 employees performing masonry stucco application on the south east face of the east building were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet while working from tubular welded frame scaffold platforms which were only provided with 3 planks. b) On 7-11-14 employees performing masonry stucco application on the south east face of the west building were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 19 feet while working from tubular welded frame scaffold platforms which were only provided with 3 planks. Conditions noted on or about 7-10-14 and 7-11-14
