29 CFR 1910.23(d)(1): Flights of stairs having four or more risers were not equipped with a standard railing as specified in paragraphs (d)(1)(i) through (v) of this section: a) Shipping and Receiving Area: On or about 05/14/14, the staircase used by delivery drivers that leads to the Shipping & Receiving Area doorway did not have a standard railing on the right hand downward side and did not have a mid-rail on the left hand downward side of the staircase.
