29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) Lot 72 Samaritan Path, on or about 7/11/2014: Employees were installing residential floor joist at approximately 10 feet or more above the lower working level without using any type of fall protection system. Cory Kimball was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 904482, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/05/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 7911 Brewerton Road Cicero, NY 13039.
