29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with paragraph (b) or (c) of this section except when:  (a)  Hulen Meadows Subdivision, on or about July 10, 2014, employees were working on a water main, down inside of a trench with nearly vertical sides, approximately 5 1/2 - 6 feet deep.  No cave-in protection was provided.    Note:  Abatement certification and documentation IS NOT REQUIRED.  Corrected during inspection.
