29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: a) For employees working at 5128 Tidewater Preserve Blvd in Bradenton, as observed on or about July 10, 2014. Employees were using an extension cord to provide power to power tools. Extension cord was missing the outer insulation and the insulated conductors were protruding out of the insulation approximately 1 inch.

Employees were using an extension cord to provide power to electrical tools in use. The extension cord did not have a ground prong.
