29 CFR 1910.26(c)(3)(iii): Ladders were used on surfaces which did not provide a secure footing. 24 Frost Rd: The base section of an extension ladder that was used by an employee not only to have access to the top of the residential roof but also work from was not placed with a secured footing. On or about 6/30/2014, the ladder was displaced and caused the employee working from the ladder to fall. The employee sustained an injury from the incident.
