29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   (a) On or about June 25, 2014, for the four employees exposed to falls hazards in excess of 16 feet while removing shingles from a domed roof on a county building near the corner of 11th Street West and Third Avenue West in Williston, ND.
