On or about July 21, 2014, Workshop:   1.  An unidentified relocatable power tap used to energize a dock light, extension cord and fuel pump was powered through a 50-foot long yellow flexible 3-way extension cord which was in turn energized through a Belkin Surge Master 7-receptacle relocatable power tap mounted above the workbench.  Listing and labeling instructions for relocatable power taps specify they not be plugged into extension cords or into each other.  2.  An Avanti metal cube refrigerator was energized through a 5-foot long yellow flexible 3-way extension cord.  Listing and labeling instructions for the refrigerator specify they be plugged directly into a grounded 3-prong outlet.

On or about July 21, 2014, workshop:  A 50-foot long yellow flexible 3-way extension cord was used in lieu of the fixed wiring of the building to energize an Avanti refrigerator and an unidentified relocatable power tap.  The power tap energized a dock light, extension cord and fuel pump.
