On or about Monday, July 14, 2014 at 22-25 46th Street, Astoria, NY 11105    The unused portion of a vertical meat saw blade used by employees during the cutting of various meats (i.e. beef, pork) was unguarded exposing employees to amputation hazards.    ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
