29 CFR 1910.36(d)(2): Exit route doors were operated by a device or alarm that could restrict emergency use of the exit route if the device or alarm fails: JOB SITE: 1002 White Street, Imperial, MO 63052, on or about 7/14/2014, at this facility located on the west wall of the warehouse, an exit door located in 'Can Crew' area' remained locked after several attempts to open the door. The door is operated by an alarm device and failed to unlock the exit door. Workers were exposed to a potential fire hazard.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet): JOB SITE: 1002 White Street, Imperial, MO 63052, on or about 7/14/2014, In the Can Crew area of the facility, the doorway on the southwest wall leading to the New Warehouse was marked "Exit". Workers were exposed to a potential fire hazard as the door required a "Not an Exit" sign.
