29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a) On or about 07/15/2014, Presses 302 and 210 were not properly guarded at the discharge chutes. The area where the injection mold dies came together and the rails where the dies' pistons moved, were not protected to prevent employees' hands from entering the danger zones, should they reach through the discharge chute.
