29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Location: 4749, West Chester, OH. On or about July 16, 2014, an employee working for Moss Framing, LLC was observed installing plywood sheathing on steep residential roof greater than 20 feet above the ground below without the use of any fall protection. The Moss Framing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 948759, citation number 1, item number and was affirmed as a final order on December 17, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 4598 Brookview Place, Mason OH 45040.
