29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: (a) Room 104, Electrical panel S9B, On or about July 15, 2014, employees were exposed to delayed access to electrical equipment from items such as packaged chorizo and bacon container boxes, stored in front of the panel that could interfere with ready access in the event of an emergency. (b) Wash Room, Electrical panel SA7, On or about July 15, 2014, employees were exposed to delayed access to electrical equipment from items such as 7 stainless steel drums, stored in front of the panel that could interfere with ready access in the event of an emergency. (c) Room 106A, On or about July 15, 2014, employees were exposed to delayed access to electrical equipment from items such as uneatable chorizo containers stored in front of the panels that could interfere with ready access in the event of an emergency.
