29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6): Ladders were not used only on stable and level surfaces unless secured to prevent accidental displacement: Worksite: The employer used a portable ladder on a sloped roof and did not secure the ladder to prevent slipping. If the employee using the ladder slipped and fell he would fallen approximately 10 feet to the concrete below.
